Our "old" award-winning online shop was quite perfect – however, we always want to meet our customers interests and wishes so we decided to rebuild it from the scratch in 2013. Our new online shopping system offers several improvements which we like to explain in detail here.

Easy Order Process
Ordering has never been that easy. We will lead you step-by-step through the ordering process. During your way to the checkout you can redeem a voucher, provide an alternative delivery address or you may leave a personal comment for us.

Concerned about your personal data? Order as our guest!
For orderering items at you do not need to be registered. Be our guest! Just put the items into the shopping bag as usual and go to the checkout. There you can either register, sign-in to your account or you choose 'Go to checkout as a guest'. In this case your personal data will be saved for dispatch only, so that you can track & trace your order. Please note that you will not be able to review previous orders. You will also have to fill in the blanks again with your next order.

By connecting several databases, such as the direct access to our carriers' shipping data, we are able to display a broad range of informations in your customer account. After log-in you can review your invoice address, your shipping address, mode of dispatch, previously ordered items, payment options, our bank account data, track & trace, your previous orders and invoices (as downloadable PDF files) and voucher overwiew.

Our support: so fast you'll get a ticket!
Our new ticketsystem has been fully integrated into our software system. Whenever you will contact us, a support ticket will be generated automatically, by that we can immediately reply to your inquiries, questions or suggestions. All you have to do is sending an email to

Manage your vouchers
You can use your customer account to look up which voucher you have redeemed and when. This can be helpful if you have to handle several voucher codes at the same time.
